Confirming plans with vendors, tastings, menu finalization, invitations, fittings, and permits/licenses.

ALLY
owner & lead planner
​I started planning events in 2012, and I immediately fell in love with weddings, and the satisfaction of seeing every detail come together. Since obtaining my Wedding Planning Certification through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada in 2014, I have had the honour of working with over 125 amazing couples.
I am currently the sole Lead Planner, meaning that I am the person who will guide you through your entire wedding planning experience.
My focus in on your budget, vendor meetings, food tastings, venue tours, and being physically present when you need me.
Our specialists are behind-the-scenes in the office supporting me, to ensure all the little details remain on schedule, even if I am out of the office with you for tastings or other meetings.

Our Vendor Specialist builds and maintains relationships with trusted vendors throughout all of Ontario. They research new vendors, request quotes, review contracts, and ensure all vendor bookings stay on schedule, helping to secure the best possible team for your wedding day.

design specialist
ELIZABETH
Our Design Specialist works alongside the Lead Planner to develop a cohesive, creative and customized event design. They research local design inventories, handle floral & rental sourcing, and all elements related to the visual aesthetic of your event to bring your design together seamlessly.

logistics specialist
EMMA
Our Logistics Specialist manages the small (but important!) meticulous details. From timelines & floor plans, to payment due dates & specific guest details, to permits, insurance and ensuring you applied for your marriage licence, they ensure every little detail is accounted for.
In addition to our lead planner & specialists, we also have many dedicated team members, including our Event Director, who manages our day-of event assistants, and our Office Administrator, who keeps us running smoothly behind the scenes.​
